Maecenas is a restructuring fund for Spanish middle-market segment companies in special situations.
In addition to the commitment of its own Managing Partners, Maecenas is seeking to add institutional investors, family offices and private investors to its investor base. Maecenas will exclude investors who might pose conflicts of interest during the period of investment or fund management.
